Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise on the table. She's worked alongside leaders from all industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid development. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and the management of change. She is a lover of learning, and she views management and team building as her greatest advantage. With her broad experience of working for Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies in the development and coaching of leaders and achieve outcomes, she has helped to create corporate cultures that promote changing and learning. Annmarie dedicates time and talent to Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non-profit organizations. This includes being an active part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders by providing education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as supporting Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization dedicated to reversing addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are impacted by the disease of addiction.
